Dear concern,
I am Abhinay Khanduri, residence of Noida sector 34.
I requested for broadband connection of Airtel. The representative came on 23rd May’2020 for KYC and charges.
KYC formality was done and I transfered Rs. 2828/- for the connection instantly.
Now its been 6 days and the connection is still not provided.
The representative has stopped answering my calls and they are not even replying over mails.
I feel am cheated as for work from home I applied for connection and even after making payment there is no response from their side.
Please help.
