Point 1: My outgoing calls have been stopped even I have balance in my account.
Point 2: My incoming calls are going stop from tomorrow even I recharged with the pack of lifetime free incoming calls value of 999/- in 2006.
For the above 2 points, I have contacted customer support but no solution and their response so worst. I even agree with the outgoing services because they may have the balance expiry or something but whereas the incoming calls, I separately recharged with 999 when I bought the sim card(It’s too expensive in 2006).
I am requesting the Court to take this complaint as a consumer cheating case against Airtel.
