I have aplied for the credit card, due to some reasons I was not able to present to received that card. After few days, i have aksed a customer care representative to cancle my card, Customer care represetative said that your card has been destroyed and cancleered. But after one month i got because i didn’t received it even after one month. That time, the standing amount genertaed Rs 100 and I was ready to pay that amount but i was mis guided by teh customer care represetative. Since then i have contacted so many times to customer care reoresentative as every month i am getting the statmenet email for that credit card. Every time i was getting different differnt kinds of answers such as, some of them said that you are not contacted to the correct department, some of them said no credit card is mapped to your bank account and so many excuses. Now the standing amount dues becomes Rs 1500 without any transaction done through that card. Also, i dont have any detail of that card because i never got it.
I am stil ready to pay teh minimum amount but i am not able to pay Rs 1500 because its not my fault.
