Talkcharge is very popular in bill payment and recharge payment. But suddenly they changed there terms and conditions that for every bill and recharge payment charges of 20% in the name of convenience fees will be charged.
If it’s going to to be that much high , talkcharge must intimate before we adding money into talkcharge, now my money is directly 20% less.
I request talkcharge to please remove that huge 20% charges.
