Dear sir/madam,
I have a savings account with equitas small finance bank. Account details are shared below. I have been levied with charges of Rs. 23.60 towards usage of their debit card services which is withdrawal of money from other bank atm with their card. The charges may be genuine as per schedule of charges However we do not have an equitas atm around us not even a bank to use their card at their atm hence I used the card in other bank atms for my transactions. I have approached their customer service however they are not willing to reverse the charges. Kindly help me in this regard.
