I would like to bring to your notice a very unpleasant experience that I had with Vodafone Idea.

I was travelling to the UAE on the 8th of October 2021 and I had activated the International Roaming pack worth Rs.5999. Ever since I landed in Dubai, I never got the home network and my international pack was activated, but not working. I requested for the same to be deactivated on the 11th of Oct 2021

I raised several complaints but it never got resolved. Now, I have been charged for the same even though I have not used the service even for a single day and my services have been suspended.

We recently moved residence and my son’s Aadhaar card is linked to my 9886780594 no. I need the OTP for the same which is not coming, because my services have been suspended and I’m currently in the UAE.

I want these charges to be revoked and taken off my account with immediate effect.
