Text of Complaint by I Krishna Brahma:

My SIM card with mobile number 7386092161 failed on 20.05.23 and I approached Airtel Store at Addanki Bus-stand, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, 523002 on 22.05.23. They have charged me Rs. 200/- and gave me new SIM card. I want to know whether charges I incurred for replacing my existing failed SIM is proper & as per Airtel policy. Kindly, provide me requested information.
