I received the payment from one of my customer in paytm using QR code. They deducted Rs. 470 as charges which i was not aware of. I got a call from their team saying that if i will add any money to my wallet using credit card i will be charged with some transaction fee which i stopped. This time they deducted the amount on receipt using QR which they told me is free upto 50,000 in a month. When i called them yesterday, they told me that due to fair usage violation, they blocked my account and on asking that then i shouldn’t have receive this money they told me that senior team will call me and will explained me regarding this. But today i got a message saying your complaint is closed and they provided some random transaction number. I was totally cheated in this case as bearing this much of charges for 20000 is very huge and i am receiving less than my cost. please help me in getting my money back and i will not be using paytm in future as they are cheaters.
