I am trying to connect with IndiaBulls Dhani finance through phone number (0124-6165722) & email ([email protected]) since Jan,2021 but no there is no response.
My EMI’s was not deducted on time in-spite of sufficient balance. So i paid all my dues through the dhani app. Even they charging me overdue charges multiple times,i raise complaint on dhani support but they didn’t respond.
I am trying to reach them for the clarification but no response. This has impacted my Cibil record and I feel frustrated since I paid already EMI on time but they are still deducting some amout regularly from my bank account.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest with high priority.please see the all attached proof
