I bought movie tickets and while proceeding for payment the ” CANCELLATION PROTECT PLAN ” was auto selected in the app by PAYTM. It didn’t display the charges that will be debited neither there was any written message that customer can deselect it. The payment of the CANCELLATION PROTECT PLAN was added to total amount and got debited from the credit card. moreover the summary is not shown on the display area of the app. U have to scroll the app and see to it. It is complete cheating by the group
