I have placed my Thunderbird 350 in a service station due to an accident. They insisted to change even the chasis due to minor bend. They quoted a charge of 6000 for labour including all components attached to it. But later they charged labour charges for everything including head lamp, handlebar, fork, wheel etc, stating all other works. I dont know how they charge like this. Initially they quoted a labour charge of 10000 for insurance purpose, but final bill shows labour charges to 13000 and some parts rate was mentioned high in the final bill. For fixing headlamp one charge, for its clamp one charge. For removing the chasis they have to remove all components is true, they charged 6000 for 15 hours man power, but while fixing they have to fix all other parts to complete the bike. Why are they charging for other parts to fix when they charge as a wholesome of 6000 for chasis RR its components. It is totally unanswerable by their staffs. Simply saying they are doing as per system. The incharge person saying that if under insurance means we will charge like this only. It is looting money from insurance company.
