Dear sir/madam,
I hope this mail finds you well. My Name is LAXAV GUNVANTBHAI YADAV, On 25/09/2023 I have purchased electronic Bike Revolt RV 400 From NATRAJ MOTOR BODY BUILDERS  having GSTIN 24BOKPS6550N1Z9 & Address as per Invoice No. RV/23-24/025 was Block no.733/4 Jamnagar Estate, Behind Alfa Hotel, Aslali, Ahmedabad and having contect number : 9879609230.
At the time of purchasing by them i was told that i have a warranty of 3 years on the battery of the bike and an overall warranty of 2 years on parts. In January 2025 I was facing issues related to my bike charger and I complained about my issues to Nava Vadaj revolt hub as I was not given proper attention by them. I called their helpline number:9873050505. as i was told they will resolve my issues shortly but besides having warranty on my charger they keep delaying my complaint i have attached my all conversations time to time and invoice of the bike as i have facing lots of issues from last three months And i also visited in person to Nava vadaj store manager Tarun patel : he told me he will provide me my charger by the end of march but he did not then i have contect to Bapunagar manager mahesh bhai but he is also unable to help me and I am facing transportation issue i want my replacement of charger and compensation of my expenses incurred because of them.
