I am trying to submit my bank details for charger refud of ola s1 pro which i purchased in oct 2022 but in online process i am not able to update my bank details .i m complaining for it from 27 th may i had send all the details video on 4th june and called many time and also send the mail many times but they are not giving solution just giving time every time i call they give me complaint number and tell me to wait. For 24 to 72 hours time for solution and after that time when i call they give me another ticket number and another time to wait and the cycle continues..and many time they are disconnect my call with out giving any information..i had also visited ola service centre near my location but they are telling me to complaint online only
