I bought Ola S1 pro in Feb 2023 as per government notification , the company (OLA) has to refund the charger amount to consumer and I claimed my charger amount in ola aap in Aug23 and they showed me that they refund my charger refund amount by 31st October but still now no refund credited in my bank account. I had mailed to company number of times but i have’t received any response . I called customer care service also but they did not received my call. Ola electric is fraud
