Hi ,
I have been charged with Two month additional EMI for availing 1 month moratorium, that too for the loan account which is completing in 4 months with a principle outstanding on just 50000 after completing 44 EMI’s out of 48 EMI’s.
My loan agreement number is 400PHT30580086
Agreement date: 30/10/2016
No of installments : 48 (attached the Schedule letter for your reference)
Loan Amount: 320000.00
Product : PLCS HIGH TICKET SIZE
As per agreement & schedule it was supposed to complete by October 2020 but now it got automatically changed to 50 installments instead of 48 for availing 1 month moratorium, that for for the principle outstanding of just 50,000 when i have availed moratorium. I am here with attached the EMI schedule where i have been agreed for 48 installments.
This is purely unethical and checting the customer with these lkind of hidden charges.
RBI GAVE MORATORIUM FACILITY TO SAVE CUSTOMERS OR LOOT CUSTOMERS DURING THIS TOUGH TIME
