Image Uploaded by Baratharangan:I have been charged repeatedly by Idea cellular (Vi) Rs.10 daily many times from main balance whenever i recharged my mobile 9087563434. I am using basic keypad Micromax X749 mobile. When i complained regarding this to Idea customer care they told me i was charged daily for games in my mobile. I never opened the game in my mobile since it is very basic mobile. I made so much of Complaints regarding this issue to idea customer care but they do nothing for this issue. My money is being looted by them. I dont know where to take this issue.
