Text of Complaint by Sophia Prasanna:

Respected sir/mam,

I have a broad band from the 23july onwards

My credit and debit card,both were swiped due the connectivity problem,(ie citi bank and sbi) and I had asked for the refund by sending all the details on 25 august through whatsapp to Mr.Shanker who is the in-charge for our full society broad band connection

However he asked me to send the details and also a copy of a cancelled cheque and said that within 15 days I would be refunded with the amount of rupees 6541 in my account,it has been more than a month now I am continuously following up with Mr.shanker,but in vain

Please help me
