My travel destination was from worldmark-1 (Delhi) to IGI terminal-1(Delhi) and IGI terminal-3(Delhi).
I have been charged toll taxes for Kherki Dhaula (including various othe trolls in Gurgaon) which is in Gurgaon(about 36 kms from my destinations).My total travelling distance was 15 kms. I have been charged 200/- MCD/State tax.
My total ride amount is 358 while my tax(toll tax+MCD) comes up to 440/- , which is about 100% tax levied on a journey of 350/-.
The ola customer support failed to give me proper reasons for the tax that has been levied.
Also I was informed that because I travelled through three destinations I was charged the toll tax(which is approx. 35 kms from all my destinations.
