I tried to pay for my airlines ticket through zestmoney EMI offer from ICICI. When there was problem with the gateway and the transaction was not successful, but ICICI bank disbursed the amount 3 times as it is failed 3 times. And ICICI bank claims that they have disbursed this amount and I didn’t used. So I request Zestmoney to refund the money to ICICI bank Amount: 11,452 rupees (3 times) Please do the needful.
