Charged incorrectly for a trip on Zoomcar which I didn’t take as the car was faulty.
I was asked by the Zoomcar executive to park the car at the exact same spot & solution would be provided in 6-12hrs.
It took them 21 days to come back & say that they will not issue my refund.
21 days to check on the status of a car,now they have made sure that I can’t contact Zoomcar via their customer care & they don’t reply to mails.
