I received a bill of amount Rs. 490 in month of July (That’s considerable). After that we went to our village in month of August and only the Refrigerator was kept connected and rest all Main switches were shut down then too I received the bill amounted Rs. 470. My neighbours who stayed in month of August received bill around Rs. 250 only.

Please take appropriate action!
