Hi,

This is karthik, I’m using airtel sim services postpaid. In the month of march, suddenly there is a signal drop from that time to till date it was not resolved. I have lodged a complaint and it got closed as well without any clearance. Service provider is charging continuously month on month till date without resolving the issue.

 

When I reach customer care or stores they advising to payment the total amount for getting the number activated.

Could you please help me on this
