The complaint is about Vi. Over a span of 6 months from 21 May – 6 November, I’ve been charged by Vi for various services which come under “value added packs”. Ranging from callertune services to sports pack, I’ve been charged a total of 599 in all these months. These services / packs are something which not the even most tech savvy user would be aware of, then why will someone like me opt for these packs / services when I don’t happen to use their internet services.
Considering the size of Vi as a company and the tactics it’s using to charge its consumers for no reason when the consumer didn’t opt for the pack in first place, is very shameful.
Vi either give me back my 599 to keep as your user otherwise I’m going to stop using your services with effect.
Thank you for the wonderful experience you have given in these last few months, as I got to know why people at opting out in using your SIM card.
