I have had internet issue and was unable to use for 1.5 months and im being charged for the services i was unable to use and the compensation im getting is 236 rupees which is not even enough for the mental damage they have done.
And despite raising the complain nobody contacted me for more than 3 months. They want me to Pay for what i didn’t use and they are not ready to port as well.
And wait time for anything is 13 working days.
