Hi,
I’m using Vi sim regularly.
On 28 April 2021 7.36 pm.I received message of company that I been charged for accessing pre embedded games worth 25/- Rupees.
I had talktime of 28.3 Rupees. I never play any fantasy or online gambling games than how I charged for 25 Rupees?
I complaint again Vi company for this unnecessary charge.
Now I’ve only 3.3 Rupees talktime.
Why company charged me 25 Rupees?
I urge consumer complaints court for this case to inquiry against Vi company to debit 25 Rupees from customer’s account
