I’m using Vi sim regularly.
On 02 April 2021 11.40am I received message of company that I been charged for accessing pre embedded games worth 25/- Rupees.
I had talktime of 37.62 Rupees. I never play any fantasy or online gambling games. Then how I charged for 25 Rupees?
Now I’ve only 8.37 Rupees talktime.
Why company charged me 25 Rupees?
I urge consumer complaints court for this case to inquiry against Vi company to debit 25 Rupees from customer’s account
