I was using airtel and found there was no 4G at all. Opted for Porting thrice and I was convinced BY AIRTEL thrice to stay connected and airtel will rectify. More than half a month passed and there was no solution given by airtel.
I deactivated one of my services on 29rd August.
But still am charged for that. Reason, seems airtel will consider only if the service was deactivated before Bill cycling date.
Note that I have not used airtel INTERNET services at all for my August 2020 month bill cycle due to poor 4G service. In such a case, why am I charged for internet and the 90GB per month add on service?
I reached out to airtel outlet, I was not given a waive off. I ported to a different service provider, but my outgoing is barred because I didn’t clear the dues
