I had ordered two quantity of same product but different colour from seller. Cost 749 each and i paid total of 1498 from pay later account.
I received one which was returned and refund of 749 received in pay later account. So it is settled
However the second one was not received and their record says I have received it. The amount of 749 has been charged to me on pay later account and now also interest.
Flipkart had arranged several pick up for second item which I never received.
This is impacting my credit score for no reason and showing delayed payment on record
