The customer service associate asked me to write to you regarding my complaint. I have been charged international roaming amount on my cell 9892 187 267 in the current bill. The fact is that I had not activated any international roaming pack. Then why was the pack started automatically without informing me?? Now, I have received a big bill of amount around Rs. 1415. The customer service associate checked his records & confirmed that I have not activated any international roaming pack hence it should not have been activated automatically. On 7th Jun I was at Jaigaon which is near India-Bhutan border & as per the customer service associate the international roaming started automatically without informing me. Even when I reached out to airtel appellate I was denied the reversal of the international roaming amount. Request you to please help me out at the earliest.
