Kindly note, I have activated the amazon Prime via airtel thanks app a few months ago (i don’t know how long ago) with no cost and today i have received an SMS from AIRTEL that my next month postpaid bill will be charged for 999 Rupees extra.
i did not receive any information about the expiry date of existing free subscription and now directly if was auto-renewed with cost. Therefore pl revise the said amount from my bill cycle and let me have the confirmation per written email. in this covid-19 pandemic crisis i can’t afford to pay additional 999 Rupees along with my regular bill payment.
and if the said subscription is on paid basis after free usage, the same should be informed to me well before to deactivate the same (as per your terms and condition). If the amount is not reversed, I have to make a decision to opt out from all the connections from airtel like my Prepaid postpaid and DTH.
