From the recent couple of months i started noticing that my postpaid bill was a bit high as i had chose the option of auto deduct from my credit card never bothered to check but when i noticed a sudden pattern in every month bill i noticed i was being charged everymonth extra for internet still there was internet sufficiently available.i tried to complain a couple of times i was assured that the charges will be waived off and from the next billing cycle the issue will not be repeated but yesterday my patience has ran out becoz nothing firm is being done inspite of giving just blank assurances.and i am being charged extra till now also .
