Text of Complaint by Akib Jabed Anwar:

I requested the customer care service of airtel to permanently discontinue my broadband services on june but I still got an ebill on the month of July. After talking with the customer care, I was told that my request was cancelled and I have to fill a new request. I again put a new request for disconnection. I even had to pay the monthly internet charge of 660 even without using any internet connection as there was no fiber connection. Again on 06/08/22 a new ebill was generated of amount 942 for the month of July even after disconnection request, i got a confirmation from their side that I won’t be charged any further. But still i am being charged, there is literally no fiber connection available to me from their side but still they are charging me.
They are charging me for something that doesn’t exist.
I have called them and even written multiple emails to them but all in vain
Please resolve as I can no longer afford to pay their rental even though I am not using
