Royal club member approached me and invited in Hotel Park Plaza Faridabad, where they have offered a membership and plans for having luxurious stay for 35 Day and Night excluding food and dining which can be utilized in a single year as per they commitment. they also handed over one coupon/voucher to stay for 3/4 Day night additionally for corbett park, UK and promised that if you want to have some another place where they have property they arrange free stay.
Concerned/Dealing persons are Mr. Amir Mob-8076338269/9015618623 & Mr. Ijaz Mob-9958392048.
So i was excited and Paid 50000/- with 5000/- waiver/discount on one time payment on 18 -September 2019 for Silver studio membership for 5 years.
They have couriered my membership kit to my address and mail.
I have mailed for my login credential for booking on 7 november-2019, and as per their procedure i have replied with all details for booking, on 15 November they have replied and asking for AMC and Taxes for submission, I have replied that there is no discussion or information was conveyed to me during taking membership in fact they clearly told me that now there will be no charge or what so over for 5 years. I have replied several time.
Than in 2020 due to Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown restriction we have not able to travel and i have contacted in 2021-January for booking than no response came from anywhere.
In 2021 i have contacted again and that time they provided me my Login details for booking, I tried booking but still they are asking for AMC + Tax again with penalty. than i got hopeless and tried to contact all concerned but all was in vein as some are left the jobs. The person from Noida office Mr. Deepak Kumar is openly gave me threat and said ” Ukhaad le jo ukhadna hai na paise wapas honge na booking hogi’ . So kindly help and provide my refund with interest.
