Respected Sir,
I have been charged an amount of ₹2841 by Airtel and I’m not using their broadband services! I did try to get a connection but the technicians from Airtel told that they were unable to provide the connection due to a wiring issue in the place that I’ve been staying! Due to this, I did not get any connection from Airtel and I’m being charged wrongfully for the services that I do not have! I have explained the same thing to the Airtel customer care department multiple times and still I’m being charged and called to pay the due amount! Kindly help me find a solution to this!
