1. Before this incident, a scam similar to this happened twice charging money for different services which i didn’t buy and also I didn’t care at that time considering it some mistake. But it is now a repeated scam that these Vi people are doing. Yesterday they charged me ₹20 for pre embedded game that was not purchased by me for sure. Kindly help me with this matter as sson as possible. I screenshot of stealing my money is attached here with.
