I made a payment to amazon on 25th jan 2021. 2 times payment showed as failed but still deducted from my bank account & 1 time it was deducted & credited to amazon. Regarding this I filed a chargeback request through my bank branch. Amazon has rejected the chargeback request. So I am not able to get refund of my failed but deducted amount
