The company is making loot form its customers. My id is 1289998591. I am running 2 boxes and I have replaced one box some days ago and also paid service charges and after some time the same box is making problem. When I called their so called customer care than they told me that we are not to understand the problem and we have to arrange technican visit and I have to pay service charge of rs. 150/- even though my replaced box is in warranty. Really disappointing. I decide to discontinue forever.
