i activate by mistake unlimited data plan which charge was 699, but after a few minutes i request kindly deactivate this services they agreed not charge will pay for this, but when got my bill charged for this services. i had requested many time for reverse charge or reactivate my service. they denied for both. why i pay for these service which i can`t use. is this right ?
