I take a loan of Rs. 10100 on 17/04/2023 from ‘Happy Loan’ Mobile application. They charge me Rs.19000 for this loan but the correspondence told me that I would get the full amount of Rs. 19000 as loan and the recovery time is 30 days. But my account was credited by Rs. 10100 on 17/04/2023. Today (22/04/2023) the recovery agent text me on whatsapp and threatened me that they viral my photo and details if i didn’t refund my loan in 10 minuits. when I call her on whatsapp she told me pay Rs. 10100 and it will settle. But after pay Rs. 10100 when I check on the application it showed the loan is rollover for 1 week but not settled.
