My mobile stopped detecting Airtel sim today. I found on Airtel website that it takes only 50 rupees also coustomer care told the same to replace the sim at Airtel store. I went to one Airtel store and requested to replace the sim , they charged 120 rupees for the same …. I told them it takes only 50 rupees they told the Airtel customer care don’t know the charges. So if you want to replace here give 120 rupees otherwise you will go another Airtel store which is 15 km far from this store and hence they charged 120 rupees…..!!
This is what happens at your stores and you call yourselves the best network!!!!
I want my remaining money back or else I will tell all my friends to switch to other brands…!
