i lost my mobile 3 days ago with jio connection, when i went to nearest jio care and ask for new sim, care executive demands 180 rupees. when i asked why, he told me that ” I HAVE TO BUY A MOBILE STAND WITH SIM, AND IT IS COMPULSARY. WITHOUT STAND WE WILL NOT GIVE ANY SIM. and he also told me to file complaint.
