There’s a pan shop on the street of children’s park in athwa, surat. I asked the shopkeeper to give me a indie mint cigarette (which’s market price is 10/-). Afterwards he ask me to give 12/-.I ask him why he is charging 2 ₹ more for that cigarette, then he told me to buy on the rate of 12/- or I have to go elsewhere. I think this is a violation of consumer rights.
