Channels streaming problems since 9pm today Videocon d2h connection (Sub ID – 236293453) stop cheating Customers

Dear Sir, Kindly note my channels streaming is affected since last 4 days frequently. Whenever we communicate with customer care it will get rectified sometimes ( we follows instructions & troubleshoots ) but now streaming in totally disturbed. All channel’s position changed and many channels withdrawn without any information to us. Sir, I think this problem related with your software .Changes took place from your side only. You have to rectify this on priority basis from your end. But you are forcing us to take service of your paid visit.(Rs.200 charges without receipt) Kindly Note :- As per TRAI regulation, you have to provide service without any interruption against subscription charges which we prepaid for subscription but here you are creating problems to levied your charges. I would like to highlight that for stopping services also forcefully you levied 15 RS additional charges for this prepaid service without the consideration of Honb’le TRAI. Why this happened ? Is this new way invented to thefts the money of customers. I am requesting you to please provide customer oriented services to save your trust otherwise you will loose your goodwill. If problems are from your side, you have to provide free rectification on this otherwise we will forced to raise this issues in TDSAT & consumer court.
