I have given requisition for a channel addition at around 7.30 pm on 19th September via sms as well as called call centre of Kolkata multiple times. After almost 2 and half hours, I got sms with service request number 48715394. but till 10 pm also, it was not active…
Very disappointed…
I received one sms at 10.12 pm that  “Your selected channel/s have been added to the Airtel DigitalTV ID:3030529452.Monthly rental of new activated channel/s: Rs 22.Airtel Thanks App www.airtel.in/5/apbbnkdthplan for recharge,pack change,service request & more.”. But, after that also, till 10.30 pm also it had not been activated. Then I really got frustrated. So, request you to kindly refund the deducted amount back in my airtel dish tv account. I don’t want it to be activated now.
Very bad experience this time.
