From two months i am continuously suffering from great stress. I have a dth connection 3013933148 from a long time. On 8/11/2018 a sms came to me that you have subcribed a channel of sports costing rs 75 per month. When i called customer care, they told me that i have called to add this channel but i was not. I want this company to return my amount or else find out the fake number. This is not the way to steal money from customers. How can you subscribe a channel or package without knowing your customer details. When i found that number on internet, it’s location is in maharastra but i reside in u.p. so how can one call from any place in the world and can manage my services. And what about privacy they don’t even know about that person
