- Some day later I have a complaint tata sky customer services all chanel available only 2 chanel Zee bangla & Enter 10 bangla many more time this chanel is off why. Then customer services say me to we have recommend to service center to service man will go your home and service your tata sky set top box and customer services say me service man charge per visit 150 and damage parts other charges I am say ok then customer service say me next 24 hour service man come your home service your set top box. 24 hour above no service man coming in my home then I open the my tata sky app 2 chanel modify and proceed then 2 chanel available I have call customer services my set top box is ok problem is solved then I say customer service to say home service man to cancel my visit. then customer services say me ok either service man call you to service you say to service man problem solved by tatasky no visit. 5 day later service man call service visit I have say problem is solved by Tata sky no visit then I cut the call. Then 1 hour later only Zee bangla & Enter 10 bangla again off from Tata sky Why Why Why Why why why ??????????
