Dear Customer Care Unit, Greetings,  I am sorry to say that Air Tel has grown fast and reaches to customer needs in many ways, I think it has reached to unexpected height where the Customer care team could not control the growth or not planned and left it to go, Not good sign, commitment not kept up and could not control invoicing, hiking up amount by changing package by Air tel customer care team without asking customers and creating pressure with time to disconnect line is not good sign. This is not good sign at all, how many customers you can fool like this approach and how much you can make money to cover up air tel over heads.

If you wants to no why your customer disappointment so much read my below message.

I had returned back from Saudi Arabia after serving there for 17 solid years, I was using Saudi Telecom system with Prepaid and Post paid system, never ever had any problem.

On last July I had returned back to Chennai and made analysis connected to Air Tel family post paid package with your branch at AnnaNagar, never had invoices properly as per package, got fed up and visited branch at Arcot Road want to shift Prepaid package instead post paid. Received call from yet another department, requesting to go ahead with post paid with fixed amount that is INR 199 + GST. Following invoices never got the amount as per package.

In the mean time I was planning to go for Land line, advised to take up INR 499 package with free land line with WIFI.

Since 3 months I was using and following with 121 for updating invoice amount withoutany response. All of a sudden getting message that I have to pay INR 3080.00 with dead line to disconnect, called customer care and had spoken to Mr.Prashanth on 02nd February,2019 at 11:00 hours for clarification on invoice amount, he listen to me and told me that I will get call from other department within 4 hours time.

I am writing to you on 04Feb,19 Monday at 10:25 hours, to remind Air Tel team that your 4 hours did not complete till this time. During our discussion Prashanth told me that my plan was changed from 14Jan,19 to INR 999 plan. I had asked him to update me, who gave Air Tel clearance to change plan with contact number, no answer and I was told to wait for 4 hours to receive call from Air Tel team, today 04Feb,19 I am waiting for the call from Air Tel team member to explain on changed plan with whose clearance.

I hope to get response from Air Tel as service provider to move forward on hearing.

I am updating my land line number for your good self to verify record 48589792.

Hardly we were using around 10 local calls per day, but I was told to use 100 calls per day.
