My Airtel sim is not working, I wanted to exchange the sim. Went to airtel store, the sim is on my mothers name as it was bought when I was in school. I told them that I am married and stay in Pune, whereas my mother stays in delhi. Its not possible to get here physically present, where as I am get you all her documents you need for procedure. But they simply denied and asked me to leave. They have no solution for customers.
Its hopeless to ask for help in airtel, because they have forgotten parents buy sim for their kids and they will not be always be available or for a matter alive to physically be present to visit their stores in same city.
This is the worst service center I have seen. To help or have an alternative way to help their customers.
My sim card is not working from past 3 days already, and I have to specialy book a flight to delhi to get this sim card exchanged. Horrible service. Who says we are moving towards digital world. Because clearly Airtel is not.
