I got my 4 numbers (85*****8, 95*****0, 91****0, 99****9) clubbed together under the main number 85******8 in one of the Airtel outlets in CP, Delhi around Jan 2021. The airtel boy told me that the combined bill will come to approx. 1700/- The bill, together for the 4 numbers, for the next month did come to 1700/- and I paid it with no problems. But, in the last 2 months, I have been receiving individual bills of 1172/- for each of the numbers but I didnt change anything on the plan.
Why would I change and pay two times the bill for my 4 numbers when the original plan to pay 1700/- was cost effective for me.
I would like an investigation launched into this and find out who did this at Airtel. Just for information: I visited Bank Mor, Dhanbad a branch of Airtel, for some mobile related work during this period.
Needless to say, pls revert back my plan for the numbers as it was earlier.
