I was using an airtel broadband number 01204249795, for which i requested a shift of connection in airtel thanks app from ghaziabad to noida. For this, i made a payment for six month. On 4-feb-2021, their team arrived at my new location and assured me to reinstall the older connection. But after some time i realised that the older connection is no more active and they have installed a connection forming a new account and new number. I raised a complaint for this and they apologized for the inconvenience and they finally refused to not activate the older connection and advised me to continue with the newer one. For this the remaining outstanding balance which to be refunded was Rs 5400/-.
Initially they assured me to return the amount by 4-April-2021 and later by 8-4-2021.

During this period my Father left us for heaven in Army hospital R&R which already created a physical and mental stress in my life. The airtel continuously troubled me during this period even with the newer connection. As already being into a mental trauma, Airtel and its team left me with no choice but to go for a serious complaint of troubling and giving mental stress including wasting a lot of time(which other wise need to be given to family and completing the last rituals) in arguing to return my money.
Kindly take actions against airtel help me to get compensate for what I faced.
